The art of living present the core of Sri Sri Ravi Shankarjis
teachings. The basic course is for 72 hours spread over 3 evenings and
2 full days. The main point of the course is Sudarshan Kriya which is
a rhythmical breathing process. Regular practice detoxifies the body,
mind and soul, and gives enhanced physical energy. The Sahaj Samadhi
meditation enables people to go into deep meditation.
